Wingspire Equipment Finance Appoints Michael Brigante as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets

Tustin, California, September 17th, 2025 – Wingspire Equipment Finance today announced the appointment of Michael Brigante as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. In this role, Brigante will help drive the company’s Capital Markets Buy-side strategy and its ability to deliver reliable, large-ticket financing to middle market and sponsor-backed companies.

Brigante brings over four decades of experience in the equipment finance sector, specializing in capital markets, syndications, and the execution of large-ticket transactions. He has held senior leadership roles directing buy- and sell-side activities, portfolio sales, and the structuring of complex lease and loan transactions.

In his new role at Wingspire Equipment Finance, Brigante will be responsible for leading the company’s Capital Markets initiatives, with a focus on syndication strategy, institutional relationship development, and expanding portfolio exposure solutions that support the company’s lending partnerships.

  • Upon receiving these items, Anzu's financing partner should be able to show your team some financing options within a few business days.
  • You can submit this form without this information and then coordinate with Capital Solutions on how to best get this information if the customer is interested in financing.
