  • For assets outside the US and Canada, the customer should have investment grade credit or equivalent.
  • However, if the customer doesn't meet these criteria, Anzu's financing partner may still consider financing if non-US/Canada assets comprise no more than 25% of the total collateral value for that respective borrower.

For privately held companies without public debt, Anzu's financing partner will need the following:
  • 1) CPA-prepared financial statements for the last 2-3 years
  • 2) Current year's interim financials (year-to-date), plus comparable financials for the same timeframe last year.  Please include both income statements and balance sheets for these periods.
  • Upon receiving these items, Anzu's financing partner should be able to show your team some financing options within a few business days.
  • You can submit this form without this information and then coordinate with Capital Solutions on how to best get this information if the customer is interested in financing.
